For DFL Members:

Dear Rep/Sen. { },

Thank you so much for all of your work this session! As your constituent, I wanted to reach out to ask you to keep up that good work and pass a strong and inclusive Equal Rights Amendment this year.

There have been so many attacks to LGBTQ rights and abortion rights throughout the country, and I want to make sure that the rights of Minnesotans continue to be protected at the highest level possible. It is past time that equality for all, no matter who we are or where we came from, is guaranteed in Minnesota through our constitution.

[Share why the ERA matters to you].

I know that Republicans are working hard to block the progress we have fought for the past two years, but I am hopeful that in the next few days the work can continue. A majority of Minnesotans are with you in your support for abortion access, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and equality for all!

Thank you again for your work.

Sincerely, ,

I understand that we see this issue differently, but we can not leave room for discrimination by the state in our laws. We need to let Minnesotans decide whether or not they want an ERA!
